Did the "WOLF GREY'S" put the "COOL GREY'S" out of style?

Credit the Air Jordan 11 “Cool Grey” with starting the current rend of grey kicks with which we find ourselves enthralled. Cool Grey has since appeared on all sorts of kicks, as has Wolf Grey, another Nike and Jordan hue. Most notably, the Air Jordan 5 will wear Wolf Grey nubuck (as well as Light Graphite) when it releases on May 14th. With both of these classic kicks releasing in non-OG, grey colorways in a six month span, it begs the question: which is better?
The Air Jordan 11 (XI) Retro – Cool Greys (Medium Grey / White – Cool Grey) were released on March 3, 2001, and retailed for $125. They are dubbed the “Cool Greys” after the official colorway, and feature a grey upper, which includes a beautiful grey patent leather which lies around the base of the shoe. The white midsole contrasts from the upper’s colorway, drawing attention to the shoe, and sits on a clear outsole which features a herringbone traction pattern which provides great grip on the hardwood. The shoe’s specs include a carbon fiber spring plate, ballistic nylon uppers, a rubber outsole with herringbone traction pattern, quick lace system, carbon fiber sheath and air sole. The only problematic feature that people would tend to agree upon is the lack of midsole and arch support.
Two weeks ago, we learned the Air Jordan 5 “Wolf Grey” will officially release on May 14, 2011. In case you were on the fence about purchasing this shoe, we now have extremely detailed photos of this upcomingretro to sway you in either direction. The 100% wolf grey-colored base is comprised of a very highly-detailed, tumbled nubuck material with white contrast stitching throughout the upper. Light graphite hints compliment the wolf grey base nicely in the form of the shoelaces, tongue and the #23 shadow on the side panel. Other intriguing aspects include the blue-tinted outsole, a speckled design on the midsole and the blue-tinted lacelock. Is this one of the better Air Jordan 5s we have seen?

On the bottom comment on which sneaker is better!
